About This Spot

Prush's Bar & Grill feels like stepping into a familiar neighborhood retreat where time slows down just enough to catch up with friends old and new. Nestled along Eureka Road in Wyandotte, this spot carries a casual, unpretentious vibe that invites visitors to settle in without fuss. The hum of easy conversation blends with the occasional clinking of glasses and the warm glow from well-worn tables, creating a space where the pace is relaxed but never dull.

Inside, there’s a comforting mix of classic bar energy and the laid-back ease of a local grill. Whether you're drawn by the promise of a cold brew after a long day or the allure of a hearty sandwich crafted with care, the menu reflects the kind of fare that feels both satisfying and familiar. From deep-fried pub-style cod to the standout chicken sandwich crowned with crispy onion tanglers and smoky barbecue notes, the flavors here invite you to linger a little longer, sharing stories over plates that aim to soothe as much as fuel.

The rhythm of Prush’s naturally shifts with the week — quiet afternoons make way for lively karaoke nights and spirited gatherings around the pool table, where the soundtrack ranges from classic jams to country tunes. This ebb and flow shapes a place where the staff’s friendliness and the steady hum of community presence make the atmosphere warmly inviting. It’s not just about the food and drinks, but about the human moments threaded through each visit — the nod from a bartender, the shared laugh across the table, the simple pleasure of a Friday night fish fry unfolding under familiar lights.

While the menu keeps things straightforward, there’s a thoughtful touch in dishes like the smoked baked French onion soup or the Buffalo Cajun shrimp that reveal care in execution. Here, you’re encouraged to relax and savor the kind of uncomplicated comfort that only comes from a place grounded in genuine local spirit. Whether stopping by for a quick bite, settling in for the game, or joining in the weekly traditions, Prush’s Bar & Grill quietly offers a space to feel rooted, welcomed, and part of the neighborhood’s ongoing story.

The perch on Friday nights are great! Good vibes and friendly staff! Even got some candy when we received our bill!

I didn't mind the Fish Fry, Cod, Dinner. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rank it as a 7. However, my husband didn't like it. Plus, he didn't think they gave you enough. The menu online needs to be updated. Prices didn't match how much items were. Plus, I asked about one of the items and they don't serve it. So that was a disappointment. I order chicken tenders for the kids. They didn't hardly eat any of it, including the fries. So for almost $40. This was a one timer for us. Not an easy parking lot to get into. When you exit, you can't go left. You will have to circle around and go out another way. It was loud. The server was nice.

Love the karaoke nights. They have so many great songs. Staff is always attentive and great. Food is also good. Just a overall great atmosphere!

seems like it’s probably sorta hit or miss based on other reviews but the cod dinner was extremely on point when I had it recently. Fast and friendly service. Chill vibe, some folks playing pool and jamming Joe Diffie etc on the jukebox. Sick spot.

I came in here recently and the place was okay, but nothing special. The menu is very limited and their hours are kind of the same. I asked the waitress what their hours were and she said that they were open every day til 2am expect for Sunday. But I had driven by multiple times before and it's always been closed. Maybe it was all covid related before; I don't know. But I do hope that their hours are what she said they were, moving forward. One thing that I liked about this place was the 2 dollar Labatt on Wednesday. However, I ordered a captain and a rootbeer and it tasted like there was no alcohol at all in it. As for the food, like I said, the menu was very limited. They did not have one of the specials and were also out of the cheese perogi. So I got the chili, which did scratch the itch, so to speak. It came with onions and cheese. It was pretty hot too (temperature), which was nice. People seem to love their fish here and I used to get it here back in the day. Maybe one of these Fridays I can come in and give it another try. As for the service, it was just okay. The waitress was nice but not that fast. She also asked me what I wanted to watch on the TV and I said I didn't care, but suggested the Piston's game. She turned the Pistons game on but then turned it off and put on college basketball because that's what she said that's what she wanted to watch lol. I didn't take it the wrong way and didn't find it rude, but why would you ask someone what they wanted to watch and then turn on something that you wanted to watch? The one guy who worked there, perhaps the owner, did give me 2 candy bars. That was much appreciated. There are pretty cool vibes in here also. Its kind of an older bar and there is a pool table to shoot at as well. Overall, despite their hours and limited menu, the place ain't too bad. Yes, it does have flaws, but I'll be back at some point; most likely to either eat their fish or come back in for the $2 Labatt.
